What is it about?
The legal culture of the EC/EU has had a profound -- if often neglected -- influence on the ethos and judicial style of WTO adjudicators. This influence stems not only from legal and political pressure, but also from the increasing convergence of the EU and the WTO professional fields. The paper explores these dynamics from a socio-legal perspective.
